Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children and families in one-on-one ABA services under the guidance of a BCBA. This part-time role involves in-home and community settings with supervision and ongoing professional development.

You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills, document session data, and participate in team meetings. Prior RBT certification or willingness to pursue it is required, with compensation ranging from $20 to

Competenze

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
• Driver's license and reliable transportation, if travel to client homes is required
• Experience in childcare, education, special education, or a related field can be a strong foundation for this role.

Mansioni

• Teach one-on-one ABA skills to children and young adults with autism
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
