Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC in Massachusetts is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and young adults with autism. You will provide one-on-one ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA in in-home or community settings.

You’ll receive paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and opportunities for professional development, with part-time afternoon/evening hours and a pay range of $20-$32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have current RBT certification or willingness to obtain it.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, reliability and a desire to learn.
• Experience with autism helpful but not required.
• Able to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Use treatment strategies and behavior support plans.
• Record session data and complete documentation on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
