Golden Steps ABA, LLC is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in-home or in community settings with children on the autism spectrum. You’ll implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and support daily progress.

The role is part-time with afternoon/evening hours and offers paid training, ongoing BCBA supervision, and professional development opportunities to grow your skills. Join a collaborative clinical team that values growth, practical experience, and compassionate care

Qualificações

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning.
• Experience with children or autism is helpful but not required.
• Ability to meet background check requirements.
• Driver’s license and reliable transportation if travel to client homes is required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults under BCBA plans.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Record session data and document accurately and on time.
• Share observations with supervising BCBA.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.
