Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is hiring a part-time Ice Cream Specialist in Columbus. You will deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, and assist with food service items for Guests.

Ideal candidates must communicate effectively in English and help ensure a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout process. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, stocking and maintaining the dip cabinet, operating the POS and gas console, and upholding all safety and company

Qualifications

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Prepare shakes, cones, and sundaes as part of DipSide Guest Services.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and gas console accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• DipSide Guest Services: prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas.
• Stock shelves, milk box, freezers, and dip cabinet; ensure dates are correct.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and proper cash handling procedures.
