Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Ohio seeks an Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience, prepare hand-dipped cones and shakes, and ensure clean, well-stocked dip cabinets and freezers. You will handle POS transactions, assist with gas sales, and maintain a welcoming store environment for guests.

This part-time position requires excellent customer service, English communication, and the ability to lift and move items in a fast-paced retail setting while adhering to all safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Capacity to lift and carry items and operate shop equipment in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience and warmly greet guests.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, cups and other dip-side items.
• Operate the POS and gas console accurately and handle transactions.
• Keep shelves and freezers stocked and clean for presentable displays.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and proper stock rotation.
• Assist with time records and basic reporting as required by management.
