Job summary

United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will prepare hand-dipped items, shakes, and food service items, operate the POS system and gas console, and maintain clean, well-stocked work areas.

Requires the ability to speak and understand English, lifting up to 21 pounds, and tolerance for cold environments. Must be at least 16 years old and ready to work first, second, or third shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Part Time (25 hours or less per week).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal and gas console.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions and handle payments.
• Stock shelves, dip cabinet, coffee pots and freezers; rotate stock and check dates.
• Maintain store safety and cleanliness; monitor equipment temperatures.
• Complete time records and applicable documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
