United Dairy Farmers is hiring an Ice Cream Specialist in Columbus, OH. This part-time role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, making hand-dipped cones and shakes, and ensuring smooth store operations.

You will operate the POS system and gas console, assist guests, stock merchandise, and maintain a clean, safe environment. The position requires basic math skills and the ability to lift up to 21 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work at United Dairy Farmers.
• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate with customers.
• Ability to operate store equipment including POS terminal, gas console and price book.

Responsabilités

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience; greet Guests warmly and ensure satisfaction.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes and other DipSide items.
• Operate POS and Gas Console; process transactions, handle coins/currency/checks/credit cards, and give correct change.
• Stock shelves, milk boxes, freezers, and ensure dip cabinet is full and presentable.
• Maintain store security and monitoring to deter theft and follow cash drop procedures.
• Keep store and parking area clean, monitor refrigeration temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records and related documents.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Lift at least 10 pounds and handle up to 21 pounds in dip cabinet.
