Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist in Columbus, OH for part-time work up to 25 hours per week. You will prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, and sundaes, while serving guests with the Hi Five experience and maintaining clean, organized work areas.

You will operate the POS and gas console, handle cash, and follow company policies to ensure safe and efficient shift operation. This role requires English communication, reliability, and friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to work.
• Part-time schedule up to 25 hours per week, with 1st–3rd shift options.
• Ability to communicate in English and provide friendly guest service.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 21 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, sodas, and hand-packed items.
• Operate POS system and gas console and handle transactions.
• Restock shelves, ensure dip cabinet and coffee pots are full.
• Maintain store cleanliness and adhere to safety and security procedures.
• Accurately complete time records and relevant documentation.
