United Dairy Farmers is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to join our team in Ohio. This part-time role focuses on delivering the Hi Five Guest Experience, making hand-dipped cones, shakes, and malts, and handling food service items for Guests.

You will operate the POS and gas console, stock and rotate dip cabinets, ensure safe cash handling, and maintain a clean, safe store environment consistent with company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English well enough to communicate effectively with customers.
• Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment, including POS terminal, gas console, check identification documents and to use price book.
• Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies located in the dip cabinets.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cups/cones, sundaes, sodas and hand-packed containers.
• Operate POS and gas console accurately, handle transactions and payments.
• Stock shelves, freezers, dip cabinet and keep displays presentable.
• Maintain store security and proper cash drop procedures.
• Keep store and equipment clean; monitor temperatures.
• Accurately complete time records.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
