United Dairy Farmers in Columbus, OH is seeking an Ice Cream Specialist to provide outstanding service as part of the Hi Five Guest Experience. This part-time role offers 25 hours or less per week with 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift options.

The position involves making hand-dipped cones, shakes, and other dip-side items, operating the POS system and gas console, and maintaining a clean, safe store environment while following company policies and legal requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail or food service.
• Ability to communicate clearly in English.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Comfort with handling cash and making change.

Responsibilities

• Provide a Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests.
• Prepare shakes, cones, sundaes, and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS system and gas console; complete transactions accurately.
• Stock shelves and dip cabinet; ensure product freshness and proper rotation.
• Monitor store safety and prevent shoplifting and drive-offs.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment.
• Complete time records and Customer First documentation.
• Assist Management with other tasks as assigned.
