Job summary

Qualifications

• Customer service experience following The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10 pounds.
• Basic math for cash handling and making change.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet Guests warmly.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, sundaes, and related items.
• Operate POS and gas console, process transactions accurately and securely.
• Restock shelves, keep dip cabinet and equipment clean and presentable.
• Monitor store safety, cash levels, and proper cash drop procedures.
• Maintain store cleanliness and assist with equipment temperatures.
