Qualifications

• Provide outstanding guest service following The Hi Five Guest Experience.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests and teammates in English.
• Operate POS terminal and gas console with accuracy while handling transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized display areas.
• Must be at least 16 years old and able to work at least part-time.
• Able to lift up to 10 pounds and tolerate cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the signature UDF Hi Five Guest Experience to every guest.
• Prepare shakes, malts, cones, and other dip-side items.
• Operate POS and gas console; process transactions; manage cash/transactions.
• Stock and rotate merchandise; ensure dip cabinet and displays are presentable.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with policies.
• Complete time records and assist with other duties as assigned.
