Job summary

United Dairy Farmers is seeking a part-time Ice Cream Specialist in Ohio to deliver the Hi Five Guest Experience. You will greet guests warmly, prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes and sundaes, and ensure the store is clean and welcoming at all times.

The role requires accurate POS and gas-consoles transactions, stocking duties, and adherence to safety and security policies. You must be at least 16 years old and ready to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to operate POS terminal and gas console.
• Ability to lift up to 21 pounds and work in cold temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Provide the Hi Five Guest Experience and greet guests warmly.
• Prepare hand-dipped cones, shakes, malts, and other food-service items.
• Operate POS and gas-consoles accurately and handle transactions.
• Stock shelves and maintain clean, organized display areas.
• Follow safety, security, and store policies; prevent shrink and manage cash drops.
• Maintain equipment and refrigeration temps; keep the store clean and safe.
• Complete time records and other duties as assigned.
