Arista Home Care Solutions seeks a part-time Recruitment and Human Resources Coordinator to lead the full recruiting cycle on-site in Toledo, OH. The role focuses on building a strong applicant pipeline, coordinating background checks, and onboarding with strict confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting/HR, proficiency with ATS/HRIS, and the ability to work independently within 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. office hours, Monday–Friday, with occasional evenings or weekends for events.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of hands-on recruiting and HR experience.
• Experience screening, interviewing, onboarding, and maintaining records.
• Ability to manage a recruiting pipeline with high-volume applicants.
• Knowledge of confidentiality and HR recordkeeping requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel.
• Experience with ATS or HRIS.
• HR experience in home health or high-volume service setting preferred.
• Driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain applicant pipeline in Apploi or equivalent system.
• Recruit via job boards, referrals, schools, and events.
• Coordinate references, background checks, and screenings.
• Prepare offers and coordinate orientation documents.
• Provide weekly reports on applicants, interviews, hires, and barriers.
• Maintain confidential employee records and audit readiness.
• Monitor expiring credentials and employment requirements.
• Process changes in HRIS and company systems.
• Answer routine HR questions and escalate concerns as needed.
• Assist leadership with performance documentation and separations.
• Support retention efforts and conduct new-hire follow-ups.
