Job summary

Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to support the full-cycle recruitment process, coordinating interview scheduling and candidate communications while ensuring accurate ATS data.

You will work with the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition & Development to maintain workflows, support analytics, and uphold compliance across clinical and non-clinical roles, contributing to a mission-driven organization serving older Ohioans.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree is required; HR/Business Admin background preferred.
• 2+ years in recruitment coordination or HR support.
• Experience with ATS and resume databases required.
• Paycom and HRIS familiarity preferred.
• Strong organizational and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, and hiring logistics across departments.
• Serve as primary liaison among candidates, hiring managers, and Talent Acquisition team.
• Maintain ATS data accuracy and status updates; generate reports for leadership.
