Qualifications

• Two years of hands-on recruiting and HR experience; general office experience alone is not sufficient.
• Experience screening, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
• Managing a recruiting pipeline and following up with a high volume of applicants.
• HR recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain applicant pipeline in Apploi and follow up promptly.
• Recruit through various approved sources.
• Coordinate references, background checks, drug screening, licenses, and other pre-employment requirements.
• Prepare offers and coordinate onboarding paperwork.
• Provide leadership with weekly reports on applicants, interviews, hires, and next steps.
• Maintain confidential employee records and handle routine HR changes in company systems.
