Job summary

Arista Home Care Solutions seeks an experienced Recruitment & Human Resources Coordinator for a part-time, on-site role in Toledo, OH. You will manage the full recruitment process, maintain applicant pipelines in Apploi, and coordinate onboarding and new-hire paperwork.

You will work independently as Arista's primary HR resource, handling confidential records, background checks, and compliance while supporting retention and employee relations as needed.

Qualifications

• Two years of recruiting/HR experience required.
• Experience screening, interviewing, onboarding.
• Manage high-volume candidate pipeline and follow up.
• Knowledge of HR record-keeping and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruiting process from posting to onboarding.
• Maintain applicant pipeline and follow up with candidates.
• Recruit through job boards, referrals, schools, events.
• Coordinate references, background checks, drug screening, licenses.
• Prepare offers and onboarding paperwork.
• Track recruiting activity and report weekly.
• Maintain confidential employee records and audit readiness.
• Monitor expiring credentials and employment requirements.
• Process changes in HR systems.
• Respond to routine employee questions and escalate concerns.
• Assist leadership with documentation, investigations, separations.
• Support retention and conduct follow-ups.
