• 2+ years of professional experience coordinating or performing administrative tasks.
• Experience scheduling meetings and interviews across multiple individuals and time zones.
• Strong attention to detail for calendar tracking and a detailed onboarding process.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal team members and candidates.
• Willingness to learn team processes quickly and adapt.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel) and basic Windows functions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews and meetings for multiple stakeholders across time zones.
• Manage onboarding procedures (background checks submission/tracking, candidate communications, paperwork, orientations).
• Support calendar management for the team and new hires as hiring grows.
