Scion Staffing, Inc. is seeking an HR Consultant for a well-established, community-focused organization in San Francisco.

This part-time, temporary, onsite role is approximately 20 hours per week for at least three months. You will support a small HR team by handling benefits and leave administration, recruiting support, employee questions, and general HR processes while collaborating closely with colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience administering FMLA, leaves, and benefits programs.
• Experience supporting recruiting and core HR functions.
• Familiarity with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll platform.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Able to work in a small HR team with discretion handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Support benefits administration and answer employee questions.
• Coordinate FMLA and other leave processes with documentation.
• Assist with recruiting activities and candidate coordination.
• Provide day-to-day HR support to employees and team members.
• Maintain confidential employee records with accuracy and discretion.
• Assist with administrative projects and evolving priorities.
