The ideal candidate has a BA in Business Admin or HR, 5–7 years of HR leadership supporting about 100 employees, hands-on HR processes, strong communication, and ability to build programs.

Qualifications

• BA in Business Administration, HR, or related required.
• 5–7 years leading HR and supporting 100 employees in multiple locations.
• Hands-on builder of HR processes and programs.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching staff and managers; flexible and culturally aware.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of complex employee-relations matters and advise leadership.
• Manage leave administration and compliance with SF, CA and federal law.
• Coach supervisors on performance, PIPs, feedback, and policy application.
• Develop recruitment, onboarding, retention, and offboarding processes.
• Support HR structure for future team growth and HR programs.
