Scion Staffing, Inc. has been engaged to conduct a search for a Recruiting Coordinator for a fast-growing startup in the technology space. This is a full-time, temporary opportunity with potential for temp-to-hire conversion and is onsite in San Francisco, CA.

The Recruiting Coordinator will manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and ATS data for a team of five recruiters, ensuring an organized and positive candidate experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting coordination with hands-on interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Experience using Ashby or a similar recruiting/ATS platform and ability to learn recruiting technology.
• Experience in a startup, high-growth, or fast-paced environment preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple schedules and priorities.
• Adaptable and proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity while maintaining communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple recruiters, candidates, and stakeholders.
• Manage interview logistics, calendar coordination, candidate communications, confirmations, and schedule changes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and interview information within Ashby or a comparable ATS.
• Partner closely with a team of five recruiters to support scheduling needs.
• Deliver a professional, responsive, and positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Provide additional recruiting coordination support in a fast-moving startup environment.
