Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication with candidates, employees, and managers.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Post job openings and screen applications for assigned positions.
• Participate in interviews and conduct initial phone screens after training.
• Coordinate onboarding, paperwork, eligibility verification, and system access for new hires.
• Assist with benefits enrollment and track enrollment deadlines.
• Maintain confidential personnel files in line with policy and legal requirements.
• Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS; support open enrollment and employee recognition programs.
