Community Care Physicians is seeking a part-time HR Assistant to join the Human Resources team. The role is 12-16 hours per week and involves onboarding, badge creation, records management, and general HR support.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of administrative experience with HR exposure. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS are preferred. CCP offers a comprehensive rewards package in a business casual environment.

Qualifikationen

• HS diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience with exposure to HR functions preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with HRIS software and knowledge of HR laws and best practices preferred.

Aufgaben

• Create badges for new hires and replacement badges for employees.
• Manage the ID badge email and electronic filing of HR, payroll and talent files.
• Open, organize, scan, and file incoming mail; send onboarding materials to new hires and managers.
• Print, file, and mail term letters; send welcome emails containing login information.
• Support HR staff as needed.
