Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of work experience in one or more areas of human resources.
• Experience with high-volume hiring, grant-funded positions, and complex workflows.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and HR information systems for monitoring workflow and data accuracy.
• Ability to prepare reports and maintain confidential records.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and selection activities for Part-time, temporary, grant-funded roles and ensure timelines and equity considerations.
• Coordinate HR workflows including part-time requests, staffing changes, renewal letters, and employment documentation.
• Maintain tracking tools and generate reports for audit readiness, grant documentation, and internal reporting needs.
• Provide responsive HR process guidance and develop workflow documents and templates to improve clarity and efficiency.
