Job summary

Maricopa County Community College District (MCCCD) seeks an Administrative Specialist (Specially Funded) at Rio Salado Community College to assist faculty and staff with planning and coordination of educational opportunities and to provide student service program support and referrals. The role requires an Associate's Degree plus clerical experience; a valid Arizona driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from a regionally accredited institution and one year of clerical, administrative office support or related experience.
• An equivalent combination of the conferred degree and directly related full-time work experience as described above sufficient to perform the duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing program or procedural information for form completion using established standards.
• Prepare and maintain routine and non-routine correspondence, reports, documents, records and files.
• Enter/update information in reports, logs, or other documentation systems.
• Monitor supplies inventory and process supply requisitions.
• Monitor and track expenses and assist with budget materials/proposals.
• Adhere to policies and perform other duties as assigned.
