Job summary

Betenbough is seeking a Part-Time Hospitality Coordinator to create a welcoming experience for visitors and callers. You will greet guests, answer calls, and keep the office running smoothly, all while maintaining warmth and organization throughout the day.

Two part-time schedules are available: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM – 5:30 PM, totaling roughly 20–29 hours per week. Prior hospitality or front-desk experience is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Comfortable using computers and learning basic office systems.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift approximately 5–20 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome for guests and team members.
• Be the friendly voice on the phone and maintain accurate records of calls and guests.
• Keep the office ready by monitoring supplies and maintaining an inviting environment.
• Manage mail and assist with everyday administrative tasks.
• Stay organized and balance multiple responsibilities with attention to detail.
• Support the team and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
