Job summary

Better Living is seeking a Weekend Concierge to serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, and staff during weekend hours. You will manage phones, greet guests, monitor building access, and support administrative tasks to ensure a warm, secure environment.

This part-time, non-exempt position reports to the Executive Director or designee and operates within the Administration department.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, receptionist, hospitality, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide information and assistance to residents, families, and visitors.
• Maintain a welcoming and positive presence at the front desk.
