Encore Global seeks a part-time Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in a hotel environment in Montecito, CA. You will ensure guest satisfaction, handle on-site client interactions, and work under an Operations Manager or Director of Event Technology.

You will troubleshoot equipment, coordinate with hotel staff and vendors, and manage paper work such as invoices and Navigator entries while maintaining safety and accuracy in all processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 60 days to validate training and certifications.
• External applicants must meet training requirements and review the career path.
• Internal applicants must meet internal training and certification requirements.
• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required for operating company vehicles.
• Additional DOT requirements may need to be met.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
