Job summary

Encore is seeking a Technician to set up and operate basic audiovisual systems in our hospitality environments. You will work on site with clients, ensure equipment is functioning, and help with invoices and paperwork.

A valid driver's license, 1 year of AV or hospitality experience, and strong customer service are preferred. Responsibilities include precise setup and breakdown, troubleshooting, and collaborating with hotel staff and vendors.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
• 1 year of audio-visual experience or equivalent in an educational environment preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license; DOT requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and break down basic audiovisual equipment accurately and on time.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain positive client relationships on site.
• Troubleshoot basic equipment and software issues in a timely, professional manner.
• Complete order entries and coordinate with staff and vendors as needed.
