Job summary

CaptionCall is seeking a caring Installer/Trainer in Daytona Beach, FL for a part-time, in-home role that trains customers on using our CaptionCall phones and services. The position offers flexibility and growth potential, with travel less than 25%.

You will install devices, train users, promote the service, and assist with lead generation, while maintaining records and completing reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in the hearing health field preferred.
• Experience working with senior citizens preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install and troubleshoot CaptionCall phones.
• Courteously train customers on how to use the phone and its features.
• Promote the CaptionCall service and generate referrals.
• Attend trade shows and corporate events as assigned.
• Maintain customer records and submit required reports.
