Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a part-time Service Desk Associate at 912 Hillendale Towson, Towson, MD. You will greet members, manage access, handle questions, and support sales of memberships while keeping the front desk organized.

This role emphasizes customer service, daily duties such as answering calls, providing tours, processing memberships, and basic cleaning tasks to maintain a welcoming club environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred.
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival.
• Monitor club access for members and non-members.
• Answer questions and handle member/guest complaints.
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects.
• Give tours to prospective members.
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database.
• Operate POS system and collect balances on past due accounts.
• Organize and maintain front desk and customer service area.
