Job summary

Ohana Growth Partners, a major operator of Planet Fitness clubs in the area, seeks a Part Time Service Desk Associate to deliver top-tier customer service, drive membership sales, and maintain club cleanliness and organization. You will greet members and guests, manage access, handle inquiries, process memberships, and support daily operations.

The role emphasizes friendly service, accurate POS handling, and teamwork within a diverse, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred;
• Previous customer service and/or sales experience preferred;
• Previous cleaning/maintenance experience preferred; and,
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Greet all members and guests upon arrival and say goodbye upon departure;
• Monitor club access to both members and non-members;
• Answer questions and handle member and guest complaints;
• Answer phone calls and provide information to prospects;
• Give tours to prospective members;
• Sell memberships, write agreements, and enter new members into database;
• Operate Point-of-Sale system and collect balances on past due accounts;
• Organize and maintain customer service front desk;
• Schedule appointments for fitness training sessions;
• Complete the Club Walk-Around every 20 minutes and complete checklists;
• Answer questions and give guidance to new employees;
• Perform beginning of shift and end of shift procedures;
• Perform club housekeeping including cleaning equipment and facilities;
• Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion;
• Perform all other duties as assigned or required.
