Ohana Growth Partners, operator of Planet Fitness clubs, is seeking a Service Desk Associate in Hyattsville, MD. You will greet members, monitor access, answer questions, and assist with memberships while delivering outstanding customer service in a friendly, judgment-free environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Basic computer literacy and comfort with a POS system.
