Qualifications

• Previous hotel front desk or guest service experience is preferred.

• Proficiency with property management systems and basic office software (Word, Excel).
• Ability to handle cash transactions and perform basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests on arrival.
• Verify guest credit and establish payment methods.
• Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts.
• Post charges and balance accounts at check-out.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to resolve issues.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and local amenities.
