Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Front End Greeter to welcome guests and assist with front-end tasks. You will greet customers, promote CLUB Memberships, assist with in-store pickup, and ensure a positive, safe shopping experience. The role emphasizes welcoming service, brand standards, and collaboration with Outfitters.

Excellent communication, organization, and the ability to follow procedures in a dynamic retail environment are essential. Part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership (US only), VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling our brand standard for customer service by presenting a professional image per dress code.
• Checks in all customers' merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives, completing visitor log information and badges.
• Inform customers of events, sales or promotions and distribute promotional materials.
• Ensure entryway and work area are clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Facilitate check-in of firearms/weapons with trained Outfitter and never handle firearms yourself.
