The role emphasizes smiling, clear communication, and a welcoming presence, with responsibilities including promoting CLUB Membership and helping customers find information, as well as safety-conscious checks in

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains a professional image and adheres to dress code.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and visitor logs.
• Assist with firearm check-in procedures with Outfitters per SOP while not handling firearms.
