Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly, customer-focused Greeter (Part Time) in Woodbury, MN. You will warmly welcome guests, guide them to services, and assist with front-end tasks to enhance the shopper experience.

The role emphasizes promoting CLUB memberships, providing information, and helping maintain a safe, inviting store environment. Starting pay ranges noted below; part-time benefits apply.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in a customer service environment.

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Models brand standards with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Checks in customer merchandise and vendor representatives.
• Monitors events and distributes promotional materials to guests.
• Maintains a clean, safe entryway and work area for customers.
• Supports firearm check-in process by informing Outfitter per SOP (Greeters do not handle firearms).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
