Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.

• Self-motivation and initiative when unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the store in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand image through dress code and behavior.
• Checks in customers’ merchandise for returns and logs visitor info.
• Monitors events and distributes promotional materials to guests.
• Assists with firearm guest check-in by notifying a trained outfitter.
• Keeps entryways and work areas clean, safe, and customer-friendly.
• Fulfills other duties as assigned.
