Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, provide information, and support front-end operations. You will promote CLUB Membership, In-Store Pickup, and other programs while ensuring a clean, safe entry and helping with guest flow.

Excellent communication and a strong customer-service mindset are essential. Part-time schedule includes perks and a starting pay range of $14.00–$16.75 per hour, with opportunity for growth and departmental support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner at the store entrance.
• Promote programs such as CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Present a professional image by following dress code and maintaining a welcoming demeanor.
• Check in returned merchandise and vendor representatives with proper visitor logs.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions and distribute promotional materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and work area for customers and staff.
• Assist with guest firearm check-in by coordinating with Outfitters per SOP (Greeters must not handle firearms).
• Perform other duties as assigned.
