Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome customers with a friendly, outgoing demeanor and to promote store programs such as CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup. The role requires standing for long periods, handling merchandise, and assisting guests with directions and promotions.

Responsibilities include processing returns, logging visitors, and ensuring a clean, safe entrance. Attention to detail and strong customer communication are essential for providing an outstanding guest

Qualifications

• Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
• Experience in a customer service environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers as they enter the store in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promoting programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Modeling our brand standard for customer service and wearing the dress code.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs and badges.
• Notifies customers of events, sales, or promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe for customers and Outfitters.
• Facilitates guest check-in for firearms/weapons in coordination with Outfitters as per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
