Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a part-time Greeter to welcome guests and deliver outstanding customer service at the front of the store. The role emphasizes friendly interaction, brand presentation, and assisting with promotions.

The position involves processing returns, managing visitor logs, promoting memberships, and ensuring a clean, safe entryway while representing the Bass Pro Shops brand with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Actively promotes programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand image with professional attire and welcoming body language.
• Checks in all customers’ merchandise for return.
• Checks in all Vendor representatives and manages visitor logs.
• Informs customers of events and distributes promotional materials.
• Keeps entryway and surrounding area clean, tidy, and safe.
• Assists with guest firearm check-in by notifying the designated Outfitter per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
