Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and support front-end operations. You will assist with merchandise returns, check-in processes, and event promotions while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

The role includes promoting CLUB Membership and in-store promotions, with duties staying within company SOPs and a commitment to a clean, welcoming store environment.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Models Bass Pro Shops brand standards and dress code.
• Checks in merchandise for returns and validates visitor logs.
• Notifies trained staff for firearms check-in per SOP; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Maintains clean, safe entryways and work areas.
• Supports promotional events and distributes materials.
