Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service at the front of the store. You will promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and in-store pickup, while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment.

The role emphasizes a positive, outgoing demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to inform customers about promotions and events. High school diploma required; retail experience a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers entering the store in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintains brand image, adheres to dress code, and provides friendly service.
• Checks in returned merchandise and vendor visitors with proper logs and badges.
• Notifies guests about events and promotions and distributes promotional materials.
• Ensures clean, safe entryway and work area for customers and associates.
• Assists with guest firearms check-in by coordinating with Outfitter per SOP; Greeters do not handle firearms.
• Other duties as assigned.
