Bass Pro Shops is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests and deliver outstanding service at the front of the store in Greenville, AL. You will help guests navigate the store, share information on promotions, and direct them to services like In-Store Pickup and CLUB membership.

The role emphasizes a professional appearance, strong communication, and the ability to handle multiple front-end tasks while maintaining a safe, organized environment. Part-time hours and local scheduling apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote in-store programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintain a professional appearance per dress code and be welcoming to guests.
• Assist with check-in of merchandise and vendor representatives.
• Inform customers about events, promotions, and provide promotional materials.
• Keep entryway and work area clean, safe, and organized.
• Support firearm check-in process by notifying trained staff; Greeters should not handle firearms.
• All other duties as assigned.
