Job summary

Bass Pro Shops seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome customers and guide them to services. You will promote CLUB memberships, assist with event promotions, and maintain a welcoming store entrance with professional attire and positive demeanor.

Role involves basic check-in tasks, distributing materials, and keeping areas clean. You will work as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment, providing an over-the-top customer service experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a prompt, friendly manner at store entrance.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and promotions.
• Model Bass Pro Shops brand standards, attire, and service.
• Assist with check-in of merchandise and visitors/vendors per SOP.
• Distribute promotional materials and inform customers of events.
• Keep entryways and work areas clean, safe, and presentable.
• Support firearm check-in process with Outfitters; do not handle firearms.
