Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a personable Part-Time Greeter to warmly welcome customers and assist with front-end tasks. You will promote CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup while maintaining a professional image in Bass Pro/Cabela’s branded attire.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, handling merchandise returns, logging visitors, and sharing information about events and promotions. Must be friendly, organized, and able to work unsupervised with strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Maintain professional appearance and dress code, with Bass Pro Shops/ Cabela’s shirts.
• Assist with merchandise check-in and visitor logs.
• Provide information and promotions for events and sales.
