Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in the United States is seeking a friendly Greeter to welcome guests, assist with directions and information, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and support front-end operations.

You will model brand standards, keep entryways tidy, and help resolve questions while promoting events and promotions; compliance with safety procedures is required, including firearm check-in coordination with Outfitters.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Adaptability to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivation and ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Model brand standards and adhere to dress code.
• Check in customer merchandise returns and vendor visitors.
• Inform customers about events, sales, and promotions.
• Maintain a clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearm check-in procedures with Outfitters per SOP.
• All other duties as assigned.
