Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills demonstrated.
• Ability to adapt to new processes and procedures.
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers in a friendly, outgoing manner.
• Promotes programs including CLUB Membership, VOC and In-Store Pickup.
• Represents brand standards with professional appearance and demeanor.
• Checks in merchandise returns and vendor representatives.
• Informs customers about events and promotions and distributes materials.
• Maintains a clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Supports firearm check-in process by notifying Outfitter; greeters do not handle firearms.
• Assists with other duties as assigned.
