Bass Pro Shops in Montana seeks a friendly Greeter to welcome every guest and deliver outstanding service at the front end.

You will greet customers, promote CLUB Membership and in-store pickup, and help with merchandise flow, ensuring a safe, well-organized entry.

This role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to perform duties across front-end tasks while upholding Bass Pro brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and outgoing manner.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership, VOC, and In-Store Pickup.
• Model Bass Pro branding and dress code.
• Check in customers' returns and vendor visitors.
• Inform customers about events and promotions.
• Maintain clean, safe entryway and work area.
• Assist with firearms guest check-in per SOP; Greeters do not handle firearms.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
