Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and able to work flexible hours.
• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English; multilingual skills are a plus.
• Strong hospitality and customer-service mindset.
• Ability to follow cleaning procedures Safely and accurately.
• Basic cash handling and POS transaction experience.
• Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced gym environment.
• Ability to enforce gym policies professionally.
• Basic computer skills for check-ins and member updates.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding member service and greet members using the 10/5 rule.
• Monitor gym access and ensure active member accounts are in good standing.
• Assist with member questions, updates and account-related issues.
• Answer calls and route inquiries to the right department.
• Support membership retention and promotions to boost engagement.
• Perform opening/closing duties and manage cash at the POS.
